Nantucket Baskets by Dana Gore

Dana Gore is a Nantucket Lightship Basket Maker residing near the coast of North Carolina.

Dana began weaving baskets in 1981 concentrating on Nantucket baskets in 1988. She is still perfecting the art today. She has enhanced her skills by traveling to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard to get new ideas, and by meeting with basket makers and suppliers.
